Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting and finance of the business in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, and relevant standards, laws and regulations.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial statements and reports while overseeing the finances of a group of companies.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper compliance with statutory law and regulations.
  • Review and optimize the tax structure to enhance efficiency.
  • Implement credit control measures effectively.
  • Manage and oversee cash flow by tracking transactions undertaken by the Company, reviewing internal reports, and subsequently provide cash flow forecast to the Management.
  • Develop and prepare strategic financial plans, i.e. risk minimization and opportunity forecasting to management for decision making.
  • Prepare budget and financial performance reports, comparing actual results against budgeted figures for management.
  • Supervise and mentor finance team members.
  • Review contracts related to financial matters, including Letters of Credit (L/C), Bank Guarantees (BG), and other finance-related agreements, to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Deliver insightful analysis and recommendations, as necessary.
Job Requirements
  • Possess a Degree in Finance or Accounting or a professional qualification of ACCA, CIMA, MICPA, CPA, CA and/or equivalent and member of MIA.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience as Manager role in Accounting or related fields.
  • Excellence knowledge and proven experience in Finance and Accounting Management, Tax Management, Cost Management, Risk Management.
  • Excellent in writing and speaking of both English.
