Provide administrative and logistics support to the administrative, project, and regulatory units to strengthen processes and follow-through, improving efficiency and coordination across the Sibu Branch Office.
Responsibilities
- Assist staff to organize and manage meetings by preparing agendas, scheduling attendees, ensuring logistical arrangements, and documenting minutes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, letters, reports, and presentations, ensuring timely responses.
- Assist Regulatory Compliance Unit (RCU) staff with walk-in customers by recording their complaints accurately for follow up.
- Process travel requisition by staff, including accommodations, transportation, and necessary documentations.
- Assist Branch Head in general administrative duties, including filing, procurement requests, and budget tracking of Branch Office.
- Provide general logistics support for all Units at Branch Office.
Qualifications
- Diploma in ICT, Engineering, Public Administration, Mass Communication, Business Management, or other related qualification from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 1 or 2 years in a similar environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of basic telecommunication technology.
- Fresh Graduate is also encouraged to apply.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Attention to details.
