Qualifications

• Minimum: Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience in the related field.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle milestone planning, parts list preparation, and trial development.
• Review localized parts, coordinate with suppliers, and support trial & verification.
• Develop 2D/3D drawings and prepare supporting reports.
• Participate in mold trials and prepare evaluation reports.
• Propose cost reduction ideas and support efficiency enhancement.
• Prepare testing and evaluation reports for new models.

What you need to do for the Assistant Engineer:

New Parts & Product Development

Handle milestone planning, parts list preparation, trial development, assembly sample making, documentation, and technical education for related members.

Localization Parts Evaluation

Review localized parts, coordinate with suppliers, conduct internal evaluations, support trial & verification, liaise with Japan, and update members during production review.

Drawing & Data Development

Develop 2D/3D drawings for new parts/products, prepare supporting reports, and manage TMS drawing and 3D data control.

New Mold Evaluation & Support

Participate in mold trials, prepare evaluation reports, support molding line analysis, and liaise with Japan on molding specifications.

Cost Reduction Activities

Propose CR ideas, analyze assembly process improvements, handle RSN issues with Japan, and support efficiency enhancement.

Documentation Management

Prepare testing and evaluation reports, and manage required documentation for new models (drawings, product specs, and related information).
