Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient, high-quality, and prompt customer service.
  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment/systems.
  • Respond to system breakdowns within contractual response times; elevate delays to the Team Leader/Line Manager.
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to avoid conflicts.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customer equipment continuously.
  • Support project teams in equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and user/technical training.
  • Ensure a clean, safe work environment and comply with customer site rules.
  • Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and maintenance checklists.
  • Submit monthly service and maintenance reports promptly.
  • Report any equipment/system abnormalities to the Customer Support Manager.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers.
Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

  • Diploma in a relevant discipline.
  • Proficient in PC operations and common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Practical experience in servicing and maintaining Mechanical & Electrical equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working in a hospital environment.
  • Basic familiarity with AutoCAD.
