Over the years, they have successfully transitioned to a cross-border e-commerce business model, selling directly to consumers in Europe, the USA, and Southeast Asia through major online platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon.

Responsibilities
  • Multi-Channel Marketplace Operations: Manage daily operations of B2C platforms (e.g., JD.com, Aosom, C-discount, Otto, etc.) for the EU/UK markets. Ensure smooth execution of product listings, pricing, stock availability, and order fulfilment. Develop and implement platform-specific strategies to maximize visibility, sales, and profitability.
  • Promotions & Commercial Strategy: Lead planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives. Set competitive pricing strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive traffic and boost sales performance.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with the China-based operations team for order management, stock planning, and campaigns. Maintain strong relationships with platform account managers, logistics partners, and external service providers. Resolve operational issues efficiently to ensure alignment with overall market goals.
  • Content Development & Brand Representation: Partner with design and content teams to create engaging product pages, visuals, and marketing materials. Ensure brand consistency and optimize content based on platform requirements and customer insights.
  • Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking: Monitor sales trends, platform analytics, and advertising performance. Conduct competitor research to identify new opportunities and potential threats. Provide reports and data-driven recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (design, operations, content, and marketing). Promote a collaborative, results-driven work culture. Support strategic planning sessions by contributing insights on market dynamics and growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in managing multi-channel e-commerce platforms, preferably in the EU/UK markets.
  • Experience across multiple e-commerce platforms (highly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of B2C e-commerce operations, online marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication in English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for coordination with China teams).
  • Proficient in data analysis, market research, and performance tracking tools.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple platforms, timelines, and team inputs effectively.
