Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and assisting guests at the customer service counter.
  • Manage ticketing sales and handle cash, credit card, and electronic payments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly professionally.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and prepare daily reports.
  • Support the guest service team in daily operations and event days.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in theme park, hotel, or retail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in handling cash and electronic payments.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is an added advantage.
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays, school holidays and shifts.
