Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of SSM, MBRS, MyCoID and corporate documents.
  • Understanding of the Companies Act 2016.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and SSM requirements.
  • Prepare and update corporate documents such as Resolutions, Annual Returns and Section Forms.
  • Handle document filings through the MBRS and MyCoID portals.
  • Assist in the incorporation of new companies.
  • Maintain statutory registers and official corporate records.
  • Manage communication with SSM, banks, auditors and other relevant parties.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, receipts and payment records.
  • Support administrative tasks within the Company Secretarial department.
