About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Case Manager (Remote | Malaysia-based) on behalf of our client, an Australian government-certified aged care and disability service provider delivering person-centred, culturally inclusive support under the NDIS and Support at Home programs. Their services aim to help clients live safely and independently.

The Assistant to Case Managers (Assistant Case Manager, ACM) provides structured administrative and coordination support to Case Managers within aged care and disability services. The role focuses on documentation, system updates, scheduling, and general office support to ensure services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with Australian compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to Case Managers.
  • Updating and maintaining client records and documentation in internal systems.
  • Assisting with the preparation of service agreements, care plans, and simple reports.
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments or follow‑ups as directed by Case Managers.
  • Liaising via email with clients and third‑party providers to collect information and confirm services.
  • Performing general administrative tasks to support smooth service delivery and compliance.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–7 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working remotely with documents, internal systems, and basic reporting.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, aged care, or disability services is an advantage but not required.
Salary
  • Salary range offered: RM3,500 to RM6,000 per month.
