Job description

Responsibilities

• Project set-up, design, and construction administration, in support of project objectives and project requirements
• Obtains, collates, and analyzes all necessary resources before design input, including site survey/ measurement and design schedule
• Co-ordinate and facilitate communication between relevant parties involved including consultant, contractor, and supplier in the design process to ensure all designs meet design standards/ guidelines and expectations of clients
• Space planning, Conceptual design, and Design development - working together to brainstorm for design direction and conceptualization
• Tender, Construction drawings, assist with tender process and site observation
• Attend meetings with clients and other trades of the project team

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural or a related field is required
• Minimum 3 years experience in the related field with site exposure
• Ability to generate AutoCAD drawings for design and construction purposes
• Able to design or possess a design flair would be an advantage
