Qualifications

Assistant Architect / Draughtman

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing conceptual design proposals.
• Prepare submission drawings and required documents for authority approvals.
• Participate in tender documentation and construction implementation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities throughout project stages.
• Attend site visits and resolve design-related issues.
• Produce detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and contractors; attend client meetings and site visits to ensure the design intent is achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Part I or Part II).
• 1–2 years of working experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite; Revit is a plus.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Candidates with a flair for interior design are encouraged to apply.

Draughtmen

Key Responsibilities

• Strong draughting skill & speed.
• Experience in high rise draughting is preferable.
• Able to commit and work smart; multi-tasking skill needed.
• 2–3 years of working experience preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite; Revit is a plus.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in related field or discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign (or equivalent).
• Strong design sense and keen attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage timelines independently.
