Job description
Assembly/Production/Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a hands‑on Assembly / Production Technician to support daily operations across key manufacturing departments including: Spray Painting, Injection Molding, Machining, Cold Forging, Stamping, Assembly, and Anodizing.

1. Production & Process Operations

Support daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved.

Coordinate with teams to maintain smooth workflow and minimize downtime.

Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.

2. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs on machinery and systems.

Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues to restore operation quickly.

Assist in improvement projects to increase equipment reliability and lifespan.

3. Quality & Process Control

Perform product and process checks to ensure compliance with specifications.

Support corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.

Maintain proper documentation and participate in process optimization efforts.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to solve problems and improve results.

Participate in small‑group activities and technical improvement initiatives.

Contribute ideas to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.

Requirements

Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automation/Robotics, Materials, Precision Engineering, or related fields.

Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Analytical, proactive, and hands‑on in solving problems.

Experience in spray painting, injection molding, machining, cold forging, stamping, assembly, or anodizing is an added advantage.
