Job summary
A leading automotive supplier is seeking a Sales Manager based in Selangor, Malaysia. The role involves managing sales activities, developing strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years working experience at Tier 1 or Tier 2.
- Minimum of seven (10) years commercial sales experience.
- Reviewing cost and finance analysis model and build up quotation.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales VP to manage ASEAN commercial and advance sales activities.
- Provides counsel on competitive market trends for sales plans.
- Develops programs to acquire new business and improve existing business.

Responsibilities
- Support Sales VP to manage in charged ASEAN counties commercial + advance sales activities.
- Provides counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, conditions and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of sales plans, customer strategies and guide related products strategy.
- Develops and manages specialized programs to acquire new business and improve existing business with profitable margin.
- Lead quotation activities and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time and Lead price negotiation with customer until make final deal.
- Responsible for continuing margin improvement activities and manage normal ECN/VEVA etc change controls and LTA negotiation.
- Negotiates or assists in the negotiation of customer contracts
- Maintains good relationships with OE customers, especially for key target customers and decision makers for collecting their needs and solve problems to exceed customers’ expectations
- Keep alignments with related global/Asia sales group leaders
- Support function head to complete long range plan and budget build up
Requirements
- Fluent in English
