About The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to join our Performance & Rewards team . As the Asean Performance Management Lead, you will align the regional Talent strategy with business needs and global priorities.

You will be responsible for effectively deploying career and performance initiatives for the region, managing career enablers and frameworks with a strong focus on performance management. Building relationships and collaborating with Global, Regional, and Country Talent leadership and teams, as well as other EY networks, will be essential.

As a member of the Performance & Rewards team, you will play a part in integrating various components that enhance the overall value of working at EY and help our people recognize the value they bring to our business.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Global and Region to implement and adapt performance management priorities and strategies, ensuring alignment with local business needs and overarching global goals.
  • Collaborate with local Talent teams in identifying and implementing plans to support behaviour change and ownership of the performance management processes.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert to empower countries with the necessary information, guidance and resources for effective performance management reviews.
  • Conduct data validation across the region and resolve any escalations or inconsistencies that arise.
  • Monitor compliance with the performance management processes and timelines across countries.
  • Identify efficiencies and ongoing improvements in the delivery of performance management framework and experience of the Talent function and our people.
  • Facilitate upward feedback by aligning global and local team objectives, planning communications for local deployment, and analyzing results to refine reporting processes.
  • Support the deployment of EY careers initiatives and promotion of EY careers solutions.
  • Contribute to performance-focused projects and initiatives spearheaded by regional or global teams.
Skills & Attributes For Success
  • Bachelor's degree in HRM or business, with a minimum of 8 years’ HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role, along with experience in performance management and large-scale HR projects.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to confidentiality, along with a good understanding of the professional services business model.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies to local contexts and navigate uncertainties effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working effectively with multiple stakeholders across all levels.
  • Strong focus on quality and attention to detail, ensuring accurate data validation.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage data from multiple sources and provide evidence-based insights.
  • Effective organizational and project management skills to proactively identify and meet deadlines and milestones.
  • Ability to work independently and resourcefully to translate messages and content themes into effective communications and presentations.
