Job summary

A leading logistics company in Penang is seeking a dedicated Franchisee Account Manager to act as the main point of contact for franchisees. The successful candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies, supervise franchise operations to meet KPIs, and resolve issues faced by franchisees. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and prior experience in sales and marketing within logistics or e-commerce are essential for this role. The position requires travel within the Northern Region, ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as Sales & Marketing in logistics or e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact, manage the franchisee's account and develop a solid and trusting relationship between the franchisees and the company.
• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company business objectives.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the franchisees within the region and ensure the operation meets the operations KPI.
• Manage, review, onboard, offboard, transfer, merge, and other related tasks of franchisees within the region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by franchisees and provide suggestions and improvement plans from time to time.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for management.
• Standardize the operational processes of franchisee within the region, and implement training in accordance with relevant headquarters standards.
• Report and resolve sudden issues such as parcel overloads within the region.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma of any field.
• Proven work experience as Sales & Marketing in logistics or e‑commerce industry is preferred for this position.
• Ability to gauge clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Must be able to travel within the Northern Region (Perak, Perlis, Kedah, Penang).
