Job description
  • Manage distributor and dealer portfolios with system support (network setup, creation, modification, termination).
  • Support trade marketing activities including events, signage, POSM, and pyramid tracking.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies and promotions to expand UM’s touchpoints and pyramid network.
  • Strengthen dealer loyalty through prepaid and postpaid activations.
  • Provide training on system usage, product knowledge, selling techniques, incentives, and POSM updates.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Lead and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive performance.
  • Collaborate across departments to meet sales goals and optimize resources.
