Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of sales experience in telco/FMCG environment.

The Day‑To‑Day Activities
  • Work closely with distributor in managing dealer portfolio by providing system support (network, creation, modification, and termination).
  • Plan, lead, execute and monitor effectiveness of sales strategy and promotion plans by seeking new opportunities to expand UM touch points & pyramid.
  • Deepen dealer loyalty through activations (pre‑paid with plans and post‑paid).
  • Ensure proper training and knowledge on: system, product, how to sell, incentives / pyramid, POSM, market intelligence.
  • Drive and coach Product Specialist / Sales Team to meet designated area/territory prepaid & postpaid sales targets and monitor their sales performance.
  • Proactively manage inter‑department requirements and communication to meet sales objectives and optimize support resources.
About You
  • Candidate must possess at least diploma/degree or equivalent in any field.
  • Aggressive and target‑driven.
  • At least 6 years of sales experience in telco/FMCG related environment with minimum 3 years of experience in sales team management.
  • Sales driven with good track record.
  • Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
  • Willing to travel.
