A leading recruitment firm is looking for an experienced retail manager to oversee multiple stores in Selangor, Malaysia. The role involves developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, managing operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires flexibility to travel within the assigned area and the ability to analyze performance data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations and performance of multiple stores.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales and inventory levels to identify trends.
• Monitor and analyze sales, inventory levels and other KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising and logistics, to support store initiatives and promotions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors and other external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance, support and feedback to store teams.
