The role involves driving sales growth, developing key customer relationships, and strategizing market approaches. Candidates must possess a diploma or higher in Business Studies or Marketing, be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, and show knowledge in the Racking industry. Candidate must possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Business Management or equivalent.
Required language(s) : BM / English / Mandarin.
We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
Specialized in Marketing or Business.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office) & knowledge in web analytics tools.
Good understanding on marketing concept, best practices and research techniques.
Experience handling end-users is an added advantage.
Experience in Racking/ MHE/ 3PL / Paint / Building Materials / Packaging industrial is a must.
Experience in Industrial Sales/Project Sales and Tendering Projects/Logistics and Warehousing Industry Network/Building Consultant Network/ Architect Network is an added advantage.
Posses good writing skill, communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel outstation for local sales.
Committed and energetic.
Team player, pro-active, self-motivated, good interpersonal & communication skills.
Responsible for.pathname sales growth and customer development in the assigned market sector, key customers, and new markets.
Meet sales targets, develop new opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.
Ensure timely sales collection and implement strict credit controls to minimize risk exposure.
Strategize, manage sales processes, brand strategies, and conduct market research.
Analyze competitors’ market share, strengths, weaknesses, and forecast projected business.
Establish and track the targeted market share.
Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, including marketing materials and booth setup.
Prepare and present weekly reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends to senior management.
Propose and review the annual business plan with the sales manager to ensure performance is on track.
Maintain communication between sales and other departments for smooth execution of business plans.
Report on market development, progress, and marketing plans to management.
Ensure follow-through on orders, inquiries, and complaints to Maschinen customer satisfaction.
