Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

To monitor and inspect all projects construction works to meet the schedule and procedures.

To supervise and coordinate all works to ensure they are performed in accordance to the required standard and quality.

To ensure that all products delivered to the site are handled and stored appropriately.

Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.

Enforcing site safety rules to minimise work-related accidents and injuries.

Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.

To prepare necessary reports and ensure documents properly kept and compiled for archiving.

Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the superior.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil) Others or equivalent.

Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad.
