A leading drafting and design firm in Kedah is seeking a skilled drafter to prepare 2D and 3D drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Revit. The ideal candidate will convert conceptual sketches into technical drawings and ensure compliance with local authority standards. Responsibilities include developing detailed construction documents and working collaboratively with architects and engineers. Strong attention to detail and understanding of building codes are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Understanding of building codes, UBBL, and local authority guidelines.
• Ability to interpret architectural sketches, notes, and mark‑ups.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

• Ensure clarity for contractors and consultants.

Coordination

• Work closely with architects, engineers (C&S, M&E), and contractors.
• Update drawings according to feedback, site changes, or design revisions.

Quality Control

• Ensure drawings are accurate, consistent, and follow company standards.
• Perform drawing checks before submission or printing.
