We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architecture & Interior Design Supervisor to lead and oversee design projects from concept to completion. The successful candidate will ensure that architectural and interior design standards are met, while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver functional, aesthetic, and innovative spaces. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and a strong eye for design.
Supervise and manage architectural and interior design projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Oversee design development, space planning, and material selection in line with company standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and team members.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, innovative materials, and emerging technologies.
Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management and clients.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all project-related matters.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in architecture and interior design projects.
Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and visualization tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to balance creativity with functionality and budget constraints.
Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and safety standards.
