Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing architectural drawings and documentation.
  • Support design development and drafting works under senior architects’ guidance.
  • Assist in authority submission drawings and documentation.
  • Coordinate basic information with consultants and internal team members.
  • Prepare presentation drawings and materials when required.

Skills

Basic proficiency in AutoCAD
Basic proficiency in SketchUp
Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Good communication skills
Teamwork skills
Proficiency in English

Education

Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent (LAM Part I)

  • Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent (LAM Part I)
  • Basic proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Revit is an added advantage)
  • Basic understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation
  • Willingness to learn local authority submission processes and Malaysian building regulations
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to follow instructions and work under supervision
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
Responsibility
  • Assist in preparing architectural drawings and documentation
  • Support design development and drafting works under senior architects’ guidance
  • Assist in authority submission drawings and documentation
  • Coordinate basic information with consultants and internal team members
  • Prepare presentation drawings and materials when required
  • Attend meetings and site visits when necessary
  • Carry out drafting, documentation, and general architectural tasks as assigned
