• Previous experience working in a billing role for a medium or large professional services company.
• Attention to detail with ability to prioritise and multi‑task.
• Willingness to adapt and grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the team to set up new project codes and process project set‑up changes.
• Providing guidance on how to raise bills in the SSI billing tool.
• Liaising with billable staff and MDs to resolve billing queries.
• Monitoring aged receivables and informing MDs of overdue payments.
• Assisting the Finance Manager with month‑end close and EOFY reporting.
