A leading aquaculture company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales & Technical Support Specialist for the Northern Region. This role involves securing sales growth by developing customer relationships and providing technical know-how support. Responsibilities include training customers, performing laboratory tests, and collaborating with sales representatives. Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in aquaculture, fisheries, agricultural science, or marine biology.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Working experience in fish or shrimp farms is an advantage.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Secure sales growth by developing customer relationships.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Visit farms regularly to maintain relationships.
• Perform laboratory tests while adhering to Good Laboratory Practice.
• Collect data for feed application and sales improvement.
