Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting secs/gem host issues by verifying the functionality with the latest semi standards.
• Diagnose root cause for process flow related issues and engineer first solutions.
• Fine tuning or configuring new recipe parameters/handling profiles for customer scenarios.
• Create SOP documents for field service engineers to ensure continuous knowledge transfer.
• Manage released software components to ensure that all machines are up to date.
