What You’ll Do
- Develop, test, and implement high‑quality software solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to define requirements and propose efficient technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
- Perform code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure development standards are met.
- Support integration between platforms and third‑party systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and relevant regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the technology and project teams.
Key Criteria
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in .NET / .NET Core for maintaining and extending existing internal applications.
- Solid MS SQL Server experience, including writing queries, stored procedures, data patches, and general database troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with frontend work (basic JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap)
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SharePoint, or similar systems (customization/workflows/integrations).
- Exposure to Power Platform (Power BI & Power Automate as priorities; Power Apps is a bonus).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with BAs, architects, and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, self‑manage tasks, and proactively surface issues or blockers.
Work setup
Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with Thursday as the team’s Anchor Day.
