A global logistics company is seeking a qualified System Solutions Analyst to join its APAC Regional Digital Transformation & Innovation Team. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT Management or Business Process Management and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Power Apps, RPA systems, and programming languages is essential to successfully manage innovative projects and solve business challenges.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a solution position and project management.
• Experience in the Freight Forwarding industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Cargowise One system is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Business Process Management Team to develop solutions.
• Lead the design and rollout of System Integration and RPA solutions.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team for effective user adoption.
