Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in total rewards function in multiple APAC countries.
• Demonstrated experience in managing total rewards strategies.
• Certified Total Rewards Professional (CCP) highly preferred.

• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing.
• Develop and maintain Total Rewards dashboards and reports.
