Overview

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HR Service Delivery by driving optimizing knowledge management practices, process improvements, supporting global transitions, and delivering meaningful insights through MIS reporting. This role is designed for a professional with a background in HR shared services or global operations, who can work cross-functionally to design scalable and efficient service delivery models. The role also includes building and maintaining executive-ready materials to support leadership decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze end-to-end HR service delivery processes to identify improvement opportunities, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive standardization
  • Support the deployment of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance service quality, speed, and cost-efficiency
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to drive automation, self-service, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Monitor the effectiveness of process improvements through defined KPIs and ensure sustainability of outcomes
  • Support HR process transitions, including documentation, knowledge transfer, training plans, and stabilization efforts
  • Contribute to change management and communication strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in HR Service Delivery, Operational Excellence or Global Business Services
  • Experience with process improvement and knowledge management within an HR or Shared Services environment
  • Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel proficiency; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) with strong storytelling ability
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM. Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus
