Job description

Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports (Tableau experience is a huge plus)

Translate business requirements into metrics, KPIs, and visualisations

Prepare analytical datasets in collaboration with Data Engineering team

Ensure accuracy and reliability of dashboards through data validation and reconciliation

Optimise dashboards for performance, usability, and stakeholder adoption

Document dashboard logic, refresh cycles, and business definitions

Assist with defining and standardising BI best practices within DataQ

Participate in requirement workshops, sprint sessions, and solution reviews

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL (any modern relational database or cloud warehouse)
• Hands‑on experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau preferred; Power BI, Looker acceptable)
• Understanding of data modelling and analytic design principles
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills
• Ability to convert business questions into structured analytical outputs
• Junior and senior roles are both available

Nice to Have

• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Python basics for data preparation (Pandas/Polars)
• Experience with data catalogues or metadata tools
• Understanding of data governance practices
