As an Analyst, your key tasks will include:
- Support the analysis and documentation of project requirements, processes, and outcomes
- Assist Lead on overall plan and delivery of assignments – this includes designing, planning and execution of strategies and approach customised to the business need
- Support and execute project strategies and tools that identify impacts to people, process, policy and/or structures
- Identify and highlight risks and challenges faced at working level to ensure timely mitigation of risks and resolution of challenges
- Implement continuous quality improvement processes throughout the various projects and programmes, focusing on internal systems/process improvement for the betterment of the organisation

As Human Resources (HR) Consultant, your key tasks will include:
- Initiation and leading of HR related projects pertaining to talent management, culture change, organisational assessment and development, leadership competencies and employee engagement
- Identification of HR issues, formulation and execution of HR strategies in addressing the issues
- Development of compelling client value propositions, proposal development and detailed plans to support execution and realisation of clients desired outcomes
- Coaching clients to strategically integrate effective HR processes, programs and practices within project timeline

- Min of 5 years of prior Consulting and/or Human Resources, Talent Management, Succession Planning experience in various types of implementation and Transformation i.e. Business and Process Improvement
- Professional Degree, Masters or Bachelors Degree from any discipline and field, with the min CGPA of 3.0
Organisation Change Management Consultant/ Senior Consultant
Provide strong focus in deriving and implementing organisational change for business improvement.
As an Organisation Change Management Consultant/ Senior Consultant, your key tasks will include:
- Assessing the current state of the organisation and proposing the appropriate Change Management Strategy
- Development of Change Management Plan, with its measurement and mitigation plans
- Execution and monitoring of the effectiveness of the Change Intervention with the assigned team
- Collaboration with the Project Manager in delivering sustainable change to the client
- Active stakeholder engagement to improve adoption
