Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in airlines, airport, or customer services industry.
• Minimum 5 years in airport operations related to Airlines Ground Handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AeroDarat Services for aircraft upgrades or gate changes.
• Point of contact for daily flight activities at AeroDarat Services.
• Monitor and track ground handling activities at KLIA.
• Report issues affecting operations to HCC Manager.
• Ensure safety, security, and high quality service standards.

Skills

Good leadership quality and driving the team

Well versed with IATA Standard ground handle agreement

Project management skill

Good decision making in daily operation matters

Education

Degree in any discipline
