Air Freight Operation Executive (fresh graduated are welcome)

Oversee daily air freight operations for both international and cross-border shipments, including coordination of customs clearance with regional hubs and sorting centers.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile air freight billing documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze operational data to identify performance issues and develop standardized procedures (SOPs) for internal teams and external vendors.
• Design and implement vendor performance evaluation frameworks, and ensure their effective execution.
• Compile and deliver daily and weekly operational reports with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Translate analytical findings into process improvements by drafting comprehensive SOPs and issue analysis reports.
• Perform ad‑hoc data mining and analysis to uncover inefficiencies, and escalate key findings in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Transportation or above in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
• Excellent analytical thinking and logical reasoning skills, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• High level of accountability, strong service orientation, and a positive team spirit.
• Willing to travel for business and work overtime on a rotational basis when required.
• Prior experience in data analysis or logistics operations is an added advantage.
