Located in Mont 'Kiara, an affluent suburb five kilometres from downtown Kuala Lumpur, the hotel will feature approximately 298 guestrooms, a three‑meal restaurant, 3,100 square feet of meeting space, a fitness centre and a sky pool. Scheduled to open in 2018, the hotel will be part of a larger mixed‑use development, Arcoris Mont 'Kiara, which will feature business suites, small home offices (“SoHo”), residential units and a retail plaza. We are currently looking for an experienced Air Cond Technician to join us in this exciting journey with the first Hyatt House in Southeast Asia. This position reports directly to the Engineering Manager. An individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a prominent member within the industry will be confident and driven in their approach. They will be business savvy, communicative at all levels, detail orientated and able to problem‑solve with employees and guests. They must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and be constantly hands‑on and ready to lend expertise within other departments of the hotel. Hyatt House hotels and Hyatt Place hotels are part of the fastest growing segments within Hyatt in Asia Pacific. Qualifications

• Takes an active role in resolving maintenance issues for both guest and associate areas, resolving those issues which can be dealt with immediately and reporting those which require specialist skill.
• Properly handles and maintains all power tools.
• Submits request to the Engineering Manager for the purchase of parts and consumables.
• Ensures cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties.
• Ensures effective energy conservation measures in areas of operations.
• Ensures timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Assists and ensures effectively that the Preventive Maintenance Program is carried out promptly and is in highest standard.
• Assists other Hosts with duties throughout the hotel when requested by superior.
• Any additional specialist skill is an advantage.
