Job summary

A leading banking institution in Malaysia is seeking a professional to ensure the accuracy and compliance of AI/ML solutions in banking processes. The role involves reviewing customer due diligence alerts, maintaining rigorous documentation, and engaging in quality control processes. Ideal candidates will provide feedback to improve AI data and ensure compliance with regulations. This position also requires participation in Agile Ceremonies and providing guidance to team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to AI/ML solutions on analysis accuracy.
• Ensure data used for AI models is accurate and complete.
• Maintain documentation of analysis and findings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Review and close CDD alerts within the timeline.
• Perform quality checks on CDD Customer Risk Review alerts.
• Review EDD forms and ensure proper completion.
• Ensure EDD approval from relevant parties.
• Review comments provided by Investigators.
• Raise SAR for suspicious activities.
• Participate in Agile Ceremonies.
• Provide process improvement ideas.
• Coach and guide Investigators.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Team Lead.
