Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily maintenance, after-sales service and maintenance of tractors, harvesters and other agricultural machinery
• Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance in Kubota, New Holland, Revo, etc. is preferred
• Responsible for cooperating with daily maintenance and technical support for agents;
• Responsible for proactive rectification proposed by the product line, troubleshooting projects, rectification of faulty vehicles, and information collection;
• Responsible for the inspection, regular maintenance and maintenance of arriving vehicles (tractors, harvesters, etc.)
• Responsible for regular visits to customers and regular vehicle (tractors, harvesters) inspections;
• Responsible for the timely guarantee of accessories, achievement of accessories sales plan, and customer satisfaction;
• Repair machinery and other components of the machines
• Understand technical problem effectively through proper analysis, evaluation and diagnoses.
• To maintain own area of responsibility in term of housekeeping and EHS while working as a team or individually.
• Read and follow labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
• To ensure all work is carried out according to the safety regulation and industry quality standard.
• To become more effective in problem solving by on the job training.
• Submit service reports on time.
• Able to work together with the China Representative Engineer/Sales for customers' satisfaction

Qualifications

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably candidates specialize in Engineering -Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production or equivalent.
• Preferable those with experience heavy industry/maintenance
• Full-Time position(s) available
• Able to communicate and receive instruction in Mandarin & English (simple/basic communication will do)
• Has basic knowledge of computer
