Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the aged home facility.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and health standards.
• Oversee facility maintenance, safety, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
• Conduct regular audits of resident care and facility standards.
