Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible, customer-focused, and experienced After-Sales Service Advisor / Head to lead and manage our after-sales service operations. This role is critical in ensuring excellent customer experience, smooth workshop operations, and high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and the service team
  • Advise customers on servicing, repairs, warranty, and maintenance schedules
  • Prepare job orders, quotations, and service explanations clearly and professionally
  • Monitor service progress and ensure jobs are completed on time
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups
  • Coordinate with technicians, parts team, and management for smooth workflow
  • Ensure service SOPs, quality control, and safety standards are followed
  • Track service records, reports, and KPI performance
  • (For Head role) Lead, train, and supervise service advisors and workshop staff
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in after-sales, service advisor, or workshop operations
  • Experience in automotive or motorcycle industry is a strong advantage
  • Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus)
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and handle pressure
  • Leadership and team management skills (for Head position)
  • Basic computer and service system knowledge
