Job description

Ensure cash collection tally and bank in.

Ensure overall operations of the clinic is running smoothly all the time.

Manage Beauty Consultants, Nurses, Therapists and Front Desk, motivating them towards the achievements of sales objectives through marketing concepts and programs, as well as to work within branch budget to improve the Profit & Loss of the branch.

Managing the inventories, ensure stock level is always at the optimum level and stock balance always tally with the system. Working with HQ to order clinic supplies.

Ensure branch cleanliness, hygiene and well maintenance is up to expectation.

Ensure beauty machines and equipment are well maintained, operational and well taken care of at all times.

Leading, guiding, motivating and monitoring staffs in their performance.

Ensure clinic operations and reports are compliance to MOH regulations.

Overall oversees the admin duties for the branch.

To provide daily, weekly or monthly branch in house meeting activities to discuss with team members how to improve better service and performance.

Other ad hoc duties/task assigned from time to time.

Requirements
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in related fields
  • Proficient in Bahasa, English & Mandarin (in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking queries and feedback)
  • Good interpersonal skill multitasks and self-motivated for achieving sales target
  • Well-groomed, professional, good attitude and enjoy meeting people
  • Able to commit retail hours
