Engineering Project Manager

Engineering Project Management professionals within Engineering Service are crucial for the smooth execution of innovative projects. Their primary responsibility is to ensure initiatives are completed on time and within budget. This involves coordinating cross-functional teams through meetings and progress assessments. What You'll Achieve

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will oversee assigned projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. You will conduct periodic reviews to ensure project alignment and perform post-project evaluations.

You Will:

• Manage projects involving cross-functional teams focused on delivering Notebook products.

• Plan and direct schedules and budgets.

• Monitor programs/projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating with internal stakeholders.

• Organize project activities and interdepartmental meetings to ensure effective communication and timely completion within budget.

• Conduct BOM audits to ensure accuracy and meet regional and departmental needs.

Essential Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in small device development projects, with a solid technical understanding of the products. Experience working with suppliers and attention to quality and productivity.

• Strong knowledge of the Engineering Development Process and experience managing daily workflows to meet departmental and customer requirements.

• Proactive with the ability to work independently and set priorities.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.

• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and present clear, concise information to teams and stakeholders.
