We are seeking an experienced Administrator Manager to join our dynamic team at SEMALAYA AUTO (M) SDN. BHD. in Kuantan, Pahang. As the Administrator Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our company. What you’ll be doing
  • Manage and coordinate all administrative functions, including office management, document processing, and records maintenance
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of efficient administrative systems and procedures
  • Provide support to the management team, ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
  • Supervise and mentor the administrative team, delegating tasks and ensuring high levels of productivity and performance
  • Analyse administrative processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
