Responsibilities
Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors.
Perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly.
Ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or other relevant.
1 year working experience in similar capacity.
Good common in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin will be advantage.
