Job description

We are a Korean company seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. The successful candidate will assist in day-to-day office administration, client commissioning and documentation. They are expected to work closely with local and international clients - specifically Korean clients. Candidates must be able to communicate in English, and the ability to converse in Korean will be a strong advantage, as the main client base is from the Korean market.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Location: Subang Jaya and Mont Kiara

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing and data entry
  • Prepare basic correspondence, inquiries, forms, and reports as instructed
  • Assist in documentation and processing of clients’ purchase orders, commissioning, and purchase records
  • Handle incoming phone calls and email enquiries politely and professionally
  • Support basic finance and clerical-related administrative tasks when required
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior from time to time
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Diploma or higher qualification in any field
  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in administration, finance, clerical, or customer service roles (Fresh graduates with strong organisational skills are encouraged to apply)
  • Proficient in basic office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written); Korean language skills are an added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Possess a valid driving license
  • Excellent communication skills to handle both international and local client interactions
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual with a positive working attitude
  • Capable of multitasking, working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
