An automotive company in Gombak is looking for an individual to handle vehicle condition checks and stock management. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with documentation standards, conducting audits, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum SPM or a diploma in Business Administration or Logistics, with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Receive and check the condition of vehicles and stocks from trucking either within branches, Principal or Port
Ensure punctual submission of the Dealer Feedback Form (DFF) report and / or Vehicle Condition Report (VCR) to Principal (within 24 hours)
Maintain accuracy in DFF and / or VCR report regarding the condition of the cars.
Follow up for work orders for DFF / VCR that was submitted.
Punctually update the stock list report for cars in the stockyard.
To cover manning of other stockyard / branches nearby within the group, if necessary.
Assist to handle all ad-hoc request.
Ensure documentation compliance with Dealer Standard and submit reports to CCB HQ
Ensure documentation compliance with internal audit standards. ie. Delivery Notes, gate pass, vehicle key movement.
Responsible for conducting stock count audits; from internal, external from Principal and Auditors
Ensure 100% accuracy of all vehicle movement records, either to Principal or other outlets for C&C.
Assist with branches in vehicle movement as and when needed (Demo, New Car, Used Car & Management Car).
Assist in Puspakom inspections and movement of cars to car wash for detailing works before trucking to branches.
Maintain 100% accuracy of key movement records.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition. Move cars around in the stockyard to prevent flat spots twice weekly.
Report and update on any vehicle problems such as defects or error codes.
Send car to car wash for wash if cars are dirty.
Monitor Battery Maintenance Check.
Assist on pulling out the cars from yard to After Sales for Vehicle Maintenance Check.
Minimum SPM; Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is an advantage.
Possess 1–2 years of experience in administration, stock/warehouse management, or automotive industry preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic understanding of stock handling or automotive processes is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in record-keeping.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Possess valid driving license and clean traffic records
Familiar operating with continental cars
