Qualifications

Provide general administrative support to the Company and internal departments / teams as assigned and / or required.

Your New Role:
  • Maintaining an effective copy filing system.
  • Understand and follow the organization’s administration policies.
  • Dealing with a wide range of contacts at all levels within the Company.
  • Attend to all general office administration needs and contribute to alternative solutions in resolving general office administration matters.
  • Maintaining a healthy and safe office environment.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and tidiness of the office’s general area.
  • Review team correspondence, records and reports to select routine matters for processing.
  • Drafting of correspondence and data entry.
  • Order supplies, stationary and maintaining consumables stock for the Company.
  • Manage courier services and mailing activities, when required.
  • Book meetings and organize events.
About You:
  • Minimum 3+ years’ administrative / secretarial experience in a sizable company.
  • Diploma holder
  • Computer literacy with basic PC and administration skills.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Proactive, well organized, attentive to details and strong sense of responsibilities in meeting deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative processes.
