Overview

We are looking for an Administration & Data Entry / Account Administrator to support daily office operations and basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle data accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with basic accounting duties such as invoices and documentation.
  • Organize and file company documents (physical & digital).
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence.
  • Prepare simple reports when required.
  • Support management in day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Able to start work in November.
Qualifications
