Internal & External Communications Support

To support internal and external communication activities by managing correspondence, preparing communication materials, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent, and professional corporate messaging.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing internal and external communications.
  • Prepare announcements, notices, circulars, and corporate communications.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Support branding, events, and corporate activities.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Ensure consistent and professional communication across platforms.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Communication, Corporate Communication, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor work progress and assist in preparing progress reports.
  • Manage documentation such as drawings, site reports, and approvals.
  • Support scheduling, meetings, and site inspections.
  • Assist in tracking materials, variation orders, and project records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Construction Management / Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in construction or project coordination.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
