ADMIN & OPERATIONS SUPPORT EXECUTIVE - JB IMMEDIATE VACANCY
We are expanding! Tineco Malaysia is looking for energetic and versatile talents to join our team. You will be assigned to one of the following specialization tracks based on your skills, interest, and experience:

What You Will Do (Depending on Placement)
A. Admin cum Business Support (Customer Service)
- Manage customer inquiries across live chat, WhatsApp, email & platforms with 95% response rate target.
- Handle order inquiries, returns & product questions with professional follow-up.
- Update CRM and ensure timely case resolution.
- Support campaign chats — sometimes outside normal hours during peak events.
- Assist in daily CS tasks: order printing, vouchers, posting support, review replies & communication-related operations.
B. Admin Performance Marketing (Ads + E-commerce Operations)
- Assist in digital ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Shopee & Lazada.
- Monitor & report KPIs: ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions.
- Assist in tracking setup (pixels, UTM, analytics tools).
- Support A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Manage SiteGiant e-commerce system daily operations:
- Participate in system migration from Murho to new inventory software.
- Liaise with internal/technical teams for smooth e-commerce flow.
- Identify & recruit influencers on FB, IG, TikTok & Xiao Hong Shu (RED).
- Plan campaigns for launches & seasonal promos.
- Prepare creative briefs, manage product seeding & posting timelines.
- Review content to ensure brand alignment.
- Track performance & prepare post-campaign reports.
General Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Support any reasonable duties assigned by management.
- Occasionally attend meetings in Singapore (with prior notice).
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in Admin / Customer Service / Marketing support.
- Good command of Malay and English (Mandarin is a bonus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & digital tools.
- Organized, responsible, proactive — can work independently.
- Team player with a positive and friendly personality.
- Passion in digital marketing/e-commerce is a strong advantage.
Working Hours
Saturday (Flexible for WFH) : 9.00am – 1.00pm
