Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
- Responsible for streamlining the creation, negotiation, execution, compliance, storage, and renewals contract within an Airport.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTION
- Compile and prepare all documents, drawings and requirements for preparing, co‑ordinating and monitoring service contracts consisting of cleaning, grass cutting, landscape, disposal of garbage and pest control.
- Prepare grass cutting, cleaning, landscaping, garbage disposal and pest control tender evaluation, and submit the tender evaluation paper for APC approval.
- Monitor the performance and prepare Monthly Certificate Of Payment of grass cutting, cleaning, landscaping, pest control and garbage contract.
- Organise monthly meetings and compile issues raised by airports in the minutes of meeting for cleaning, grass cutting, landscaping, garbage disposal and pest control contract.
- Prepare the letter for appointment of Superintending Officer Representative (SOR) for cleaning, grass cutting, landscaping, pest control and garbage contract.
- Prepare the necessary documents and requirements for releasing the performance bond for cleaning, grass cutting, landscaping, pest control and garbage contract.
- Issue Insurance and work Permit for contractors working in the airside area.
- Compile, prepare and submit the report of monthly SMS Data by Operations unit.
- Prepare and disseminate monthly Flight schedule for BKI.
- Maintain Operations unit records and filing system. Prepare and submit Monthly ASCPP data, Efficiency data and MAVCOM data.
- Prepare and submit monthly passenger traffic statistics.
- To achieve the objectives of the Airport.
- To achieve the KPI;
- Ensure that KKIA complies with international SARPs.
- Fulfil the requirements by airlines, aircraft operators, cargo operators, flying academies, ground handlers and airport agencies.
- Ensure service levels provided by cleaning, grass cutting, landscape, garbage disposal and pest control service providers meet the service level according to the contract document/agreement.
- Meet customer satisfaction dealing with the operations division.
Skills
- Timelines are crucial for the position as most tasks are to be completed after the end of each month.
Relevant Industries
Diploma with at least 2 years experience in duty operations roles in airport-related operations.
Possess basic knowledge of airport operations management.
Education
Diploma in any discipline preferably in Engineering / Management / Transportation/Quality Surveyor (QS).
Diploma in Airport Management (additional advantage).
