A manufacturing company in Selangor is seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to support the office operations. The successful candidate will manage the Director's calendar, arrange travel plans, and assist with office supplies. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment and strong organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and fluent communication in English, Malay, and Mandarin are preferred. This is a full-time position offering dynamic challenges in a fast-paced setting.
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to join our team at QL Figo (Johor) Sdn. Bhd. in Semenyih, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating resources and ensuring effective communication across departments.
Maintain and prioritize the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments. Ensure timely reminders and preparation for meetings.
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, transportation etc. and obtain prior approval for Business Travel Form.
Assist in office supplies inventory and ensure office equipment is in working order and maintained.
Handle and review emails with ED as well as arranging on document signing.
Review sales team member target incentive and commission table.
Certificate or Diploma in any field with 2 years of related working experience in manufacturing environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Systematic, organized, co-operative with great analytical skills.
Proficient with MS Office especially MS Excel.
Fluent communication and written skills in English, Malay and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
